The trailer of Dulquer Salmaan, Sonam Kapoor-starrer The Zoya Factor released on Thursday. The film is based on Anuja Chauhan's book of the same name.
Zoya Solanki feels she has always been unlucky in life, but her father believes she is lucky for cricket because she was born on the day India lifted the World Cup in 1983. The movie, then goes through multiple twists and turns, and we meet Dulquer who plays Nikhil Khoda, captain of the Indian cricket team. She becomes the lucky mascot for the Indian cricket team, and the trailer also gives a glimpse of the romance between Dulquer and Sonam.
Dulquer comes across as a sportsman who believes hard work matters more than sheer luck. Dulquer returns to Bollywood after Karwaan with Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar last year.
Helmed by Abhishek Sharma, the movie releases on September 20.
