ISLAMABAD: Remittances from overseas Pakistanis up $1.4 billion in six months from July 2018 to January 2019 against the same period last year, claimed Finance Minister Asad Umar.
The minister shared the amount on Twitter, saying The total remittance received From July to January is $12.77 billion which is 12.2% higher than last year.”
Asad Umar went on to say,” Visible marked improvement in external account indices showing up.”
